3DR hubs again
Hello,
there is a million topics about cosworth hubs and so on. I did read them and so on. I am building a cosworth replica in a nice rust free shell.
I'm about to use sapphire 2wd hubs, tca's and 28mm arb. Some did say that don't mix these parts. Now like to know if some one has a sapphire hubs in 3dr cosworth and how it performs?
Also I might be interested for correct 3dr hubs if some one has them.

its been years since i looked at this, i think the 3 dr ones have castle nut connector and later models have pinch bolt design, there are differences in the tca link across the models.
I have a few sets, finally located a 3dr set that had lower tca mount, this was claimed to be rs500 as it allowed tca to be in correct position when car is lowered. I dont care if its RS500 hub or not but the logic was sound. I would not use sapphire hubs in a 3 door.
In the group A cars they used a different tie rod setup anyhow.
I would look for the castle nut style and see if you can find the type I located. I think I posted some questions on it in passionford.
