Rear arms, as long as there's no play in the ones there don't change them.

On a cossie their spherical bearings not bushes as such and sticking poly instead is going backwards!!

Poly the front end, leave the bearings in the rear trailing arms and go for solid main rear beam mounts and one of those uprated diff mounts msd sell.

This will transform the way the car drives over the tired standard stuff you have.

Am I right in thinking the solid beam mounts are a lot easier to fit too?

Yes,

To remove the original bush i used a piece of plywood against the chassis rail and a large socket between the wood and the bush and just jacked the beam up. The weight of the car just pops them out.

The solids just bolt in.

I don't actually know how you can fit polys without removing the beam? Suppose its possible but difficult?

These along with the diff mount are probably the single best mod on the car, made such a difference

The big bushes on the rear are easy. Just press them in with a jack, about the same as you press the old ones out.
