Do you run WI on your engine? (50/50 methanol and water mix)

I am looking to get water/meth injection on the face of it they seem to be ideal, increasing bhp and running safer due to the higher octane boost you get from the methanol. makes me wonder why more people dont run these or maybe i am missing something?
