Quickshift & reverse lockout
Fitted Quickshift from Compbrake Motorsport Ltd (looks the same as Collins - but maybe not) while box was out for clutch replacement. (4x4 MT75) and after reassembly the throw is short enough that the reverse lockout pin does not hit the gate thus allowing reverse selection without lifting gate. Anyone else had this issue and how did you build up front of gate to fix. Thanks David

I use a b+m ... and it works as should .. pop up works ok for reverse...
Sounds like your leaver is sitting to high allowing reverse selection without the pop up

Was just reading through my old posts and found this one. Thought I would update it in case someone finds it in a search in the future. I have since decided that the angle of the bend in the knuckle is all wrong (too far left and forward) This is stopping the reverse lockout working and also places the gearstick further away from you and first gear is very close to the dash panel. I also had to do alot of sanding to get the top part of the knuckle down to the correct diameter to allow the gearstick to fit over it. Would not recommend this compbrake item. Cheers David
