Default Gas gold spring rates

Hello.
Does anyone run gas golds for road use ? (ford sierra pinto 2.0)
I buying a gas gold and im Wondering what is the perfect combination...
my use in my car its a drift/track days and i use it too in daily.
anyone Can recommend me about spring rates ?
i dont want that the car be intolerable...

I asked GAZ direct... they were great, I might be wrong but I think it was 325 / 180 but it was few years back.

400 fronts, 225 rear. No Complaints here, and that's what GGR spec.

I have gaz coilovers with 325lbs fronts but this is what gaz put on for a 2ltr pinto , think its more on cosworth as the engine will be heavier .

but I would say its not as bad driving on the road as you would think with coilovers
