Default Sierra 2wd Rims

Hello everyonee.I have a 2wd Sierra 91 hatchback 2.0 Dohc, Full stock. And wanna go with 17 alloy wheels. Need help with J and ET suggestions. Will they fit as 215/40/R17 just like that, or do I have to do something more? Here's my beauty https://fbcdn-sphotos-h-a.akamaihd.n...9741ba195e4580 . But here is my dilema also.. https://fbcdn-sphotos-h-a.akamaihd.n...d7f81edf89b009 . Wheels are to much inside. 185/65/r14, all stock... nothing was ever changed on it. Anyway, what my wish is, to fit the wheels and tyres to match the body frame. This way they are to much inside, and on the other hand I don't want them to be "outside" the frame. Sorry.. my English isn't that good.

7x17 or 8x17 wheel with 215/40 tyre should fit no problem.

Oh, then the only thing is engine power.. my 2.0 120hp would be slower with 17 rims.. and then 215 wheels..

Rolling radius of the standard 15" rims is not that different to 17"s running 40 tyres

205,50,15 =586mm
215,40,17= 604mm
205,40,17=596mm

Oh.. In your opinion, what are the best sizes for Sierra? 15 is small for my taste, 17 maybe a bit large.. 16 would do. Considering bad roads in my city. lol

Then the search for 15' and 16' wheels must start. I was like Homer now "Must get 15/16' rims now ghhhh" 18' would be a killing to drive. And if you had a chance to see our roads it would be clear..
