Default 2wd gearbox mount bolt question

hi can anyone tell me what size bolts are used for the 2 bolts that go threw the gearbox mount into the t5 gearbox ? they look like a normal m12 thread but obviously not! any help would be great! thanks.

What 2 bolts bud, there is only 1 that goes through the middle into the box

Scratch what i said lol was thinking about the crade

The 2 bolts holding the mount to gearbox look like m10 with 13mm head

Ive just had to heli-coil mine as the gearbox threads where stripped. But i cant remember the thread. Sorry

Sorry i must of miss read that, mine has 1 big m10 or m12 that goes through the middle of the mount and into the box. Other than that theres 4 m8 nuts.

you have the cradle im using a saph alloy one that bolts to the bottom of the car with 4 m8 nuts. the mount is held to the cradle with 1 big bolt and then then mount bolts to the bottom of the box with 2 bolts there the 2 im trying to find the size off lol. i will try and find a pic.

the 2 bolts you can see there.. the big one threw the mount is the middle thread you can see. i need to know the size of them 2 bolts.

They are normal metric corse thread. M10 X 20mm iirc

ok thanks! maybe someone has tapped the box then or something because mine are definatly m12 but god knows what thread!! thanks for the response mate.

Default Cosworth gearbox mount bolts

I know its a bit late but if anyone else needs to know the bolts are m12 x 1.50mm pitch, they are a finer m12 thread 👍
