Lowest springs for 1.6 sapphire?

can i use 2wd springs on a poverty spec 1992 1.6 Sapphire?

not tried this before,

needs a spring for the MOT end of the month,

dont have enough £££ for Coilovers at the minute unless they are £250 or so?!

otherwise who supplies -60mm springs or whats the lowest i can go on springs?

I cant see why not.Ive got a pair of front Konis for a 2wd cossie if you want them lol.

I'm pretty sure they are the same dimensions, spring rates will probably be different. got a spare set of spax 2wd springs if they are any use? angle grinder will get them as low as you want...
