Default strange starting problem

My cossie will start first time. I drive to work do 7 n a half hours work. Then I come out to the cossie, start it and its as if its not getting a good spark to the plugs. The eventualy it will fire?

Something I got told a few weeks ago with my on-going starting problem.

When you have finished work take the spark plugs out and see if they are cacked in fuel just after it wont start i.e. before it fires into life as it where. But then again mate it could be anything from a dodgy coolant sensor (causing over fuelling) to wiring, who knows

The other morning before I got to work I kicked the cossies head in. Then it came to home time and it started spot on. I dont think my car likes been at work. I can leave work then go to the gym for an hour and I can come out to the car and it will start straight away.
