Default Sapph rear bumper brackets

The ones that are attached to the bumper itself and get bolted from the boot are the fixed to the bumper permanently or can the they be removed??
are all brackets on the sierras the same too?

Cheers

They are plastic welded on. Think they are the same on all Sierras

Whats wrong with your Mo??

Mine were seized but I got some heat on them and freed the adjusters off then greased them up.

If they're like mine the adjusters seized and just sheered off when i tried to turn them. I drilled them out and replaced them with new bolts. My formerly sagging bumper looks spot on now.

Mo you could try and grind the bolt for the bumper from in the boot then when the bumper is removed grind the captive nut off then get someone to weld a nut on the bracket, then refir bumper and use a bolt to fastening it to the car.
