When you put all the parts in front of you theirs nothing to it all all.

E30 BMW slave cylinder http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CLUTCH-SLA...item2ecf1ed877
Girling master cylinder .625
copy part http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/0-625-allo...item2588c6b005
Genuine part http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Girling-Ra...item5664597a96
Reservoir bottle http://www.burtonpower.com/parts-by-...re-112009.html

Other than that you need the small fittings for the master cylinder and slave but a trip to hydraulic specialist should be able to match the fitting and connecting hose between the 2 cylinders - for the bottle i just used cotton over braid

Theirs enough threads on here to give you info on drilling the pedal and modding the box

then you need to get the bellhousing modded to suit which cost's roughly £100

and a small female fitting needs to be welded to clutch release arm what the push road from the slave houses in.

Only reason I'm going for the kit is ease as it comes with the bits to mod the pedal box and plate to renforce the bulk head

Its a bit of 2mm plate Andy thats all and a rose joint and spacers

I used a E30 slave and a .70 master cylinder and a fluid pot from thik the whole lot cost £70 and I used a .70 as it bleed easier and a better pedal feel on the heavy clutch I have made a stencil of the slave plunger and mounting holes and drilled the box out

I may pop up your place then jay and look at your pedal worse case I can cut my own plate as we have loads of stainless at work. It's just the pedal I'm un sure on. If it's just two spacers I can make them as we have a lath at work too

I did my pedal box today. Going with a wilwood .70 master and bmw e30 slave. I'll get the bottle from eBay and there's a company in Basingstoke that supply's fittings and makes braided lines as I'll be using a alloy bottle and aero quipping everything

How far down is the 8mm hole from the top or are there any good marks to ensure the fulcran point is right?

I'm going to measure the rod on the slave then get a bit of bar a little wider drill into it just larger than the slave rod. Cut it down to about 10mm and weld it to the fork. As for the rose joint order one off eBay the same thread size as your master then get a clevis pin to go throug te pedal

hi mate I used a land rover master cylinder which has a fixed pot on top of it ,and ran a copper pipe across builk head down to a flexi pipe to a land rover slave cylinder .all you got to do is shave the corner of your gearbox down where it look likes fins and drill a hole for slave cylinder, and line a bolt up with clutch fork and weld a nut on fork so bolt dosnt drop out .bleed the clutch and happy days this all in all cost me about 18.00 pound and it works a treat. ps am running about 380 bhp with transit hd clutch don't get ripped off with paddle clutch prices.

Get a bit of bar 10mm long drill into it just larger than the slave rod so the rod can sit into it. Weld that to the clutch fork
