Classic car engine problem
Hi all, great to be part of PassionFord, I'm looking for some help please.
I have recently bought a Panther Kallista with what I believe is a 1987, Ford 2.0 DOHC. The car is running so rough and in what I was told maybe limp mode. It runs for a short while then looses power with the Vacuum gauge jumping around all over the place and the power disappearing.
I bought a Gunson and it gave code 31 ECU fault, I bought one on ebay and great it worked and the error cleared showing code 11 no errors.
Thought thats it I have my first fix under my belt but sadly it was the same.
So now no errors on the Gunson but while engine revs fine parked up when I drive it the power is not there at all.
Any advice and help would be so appreciated.
