Default Bearings

Hi Guys

I need a bit of help I've just had all my hubs powder coated & I'm just replacing all the wheel bearing on my saph 4x4 cos, I'm sure I read somewhere they have to be torqued up to over 300 nm is that right?? As it sounds way to much?? If so whats the best way of doing this????
Cheers Lee

just torqued up mine front ones today to 310Nm with a little grease on the threads but not that much
I used a special made hold tool but you can also tighten the nuts up as far as you can and then put the car on the ground and tighten to 310Nm
