Cosworth breather fittings
I'm fitting a bailey breather on my car and Iv read that many different things I'm totally puzzled! I want to use both sides of the block so I know what blanking plug to use but where can I get the correct threaded fitting that will take a 16mm pipe? Also do I keep kidney box or remove it? If I remove it what do I do with the inlet breather? Then there's the return to the sump do I get a fitting welded on or is there an adaptor?
Cheers

I'm just about too do mine as I'm building a 650bhp engine using a spec r set up designed by the tuner I use. That go's from both sides of the block and rocker cover too a tank that then vents too anther tank that also vents to atmosphere. Also the system returns to the sump below the oil level

I hav one as above pic and I will not be breathing from rocker cover and I am returning to sump so can the rocker cover one pointed out be changed to exhaust side of block fitting and how does the big pipe venting to atmosphere not leak oil out (probably a stupid question) lol

Thanks bram for the detailed pic, I know where they all go now, my car is a 3 dr with a 200block and 4x4 head and someone has kindly already welded the oil return off a 4x4 into my 2wd sump, so I can pipe it all up using exhaust side instead of rocker cover etc but my next problem is melnei engineering won't answer their phone for the 2 block adaptors I need!!! The vent to the atmosphere won't (shouldn't) leak oil as the bailey tank is a separator and that should only be vapour .
