Default Polly diff mount

evening guys, any tips on fitting one of these please? on a 4x4 saff

Simples , jack car on diff, remove forward facing diff bolts and then 4 vertical chassis bolts , remove and repeat....

I would put the car on axle stands then put the jack under the diff. Undo the four 13mm bolts that bolt through the chassis then lower the diff down a bit and undo the two 17mm bolts. Relace diff mount and repeat.

You will notice the difference. I over took a car once then pulled back in and the ass end just felt so tight instead of being sloppy. Have you changed the big round bushes in the beam too.

This ^^, it will need to be on stands, else you won't be able to lower it to remove the mount, make sure the diff is supported though before trying to remove it.

Normal driving you cant tell but chuck the car about and it feels tighter.

I did mine on the 4 poster at work no stands needed but I had to get 2 cap head Allen key bolts as the normal ones were too close to the roll bar

Luckily mine came with countersunk bolts and had plenty of room, i couldnt fit the rubber block back in the wheel well though
