Default Cosworth gaz gold spring

Anyone know what diameter springs they run? I'm wanting to order some helper springs but can't remember what size they are on the rear 2 1/4 I think....

The rears dislocate when it's jacked up, so I'll add some low poundage helpers just to keep them in place, needed for mot really. If the rears are wound up so the springs are sat tight it's about 3 feet taller at the back lol

Just really light ones, 40lb.
Didn't see the point of stiff ones when they're only really there for location purposes.

Who moved my thread to the Sierra section?

I have an Escort

And that was the reason I posted it in GD as it didn't really fit into one other section, as my thread relates to all cosworths not one specific model.
