Standard Cosworth engine bay pics
need some pics of standard sierra cosworth engine bays please, mainly to see routes of standard hoses/pipes and what ones i need, would also be good to see the differences between 3 door cosworth and the rs500 setup, 2wd saph cosworth and 4wd saph cosworth if anyones got any pics of theirs id be more then happy to see some close up detail of them

Cheers mate, I'm still trying to figure some bits out like the differences between the turbo heat shields and differences between the header tanks

Thats a genuine 3dr heatsheild very rare to get hold of Steve, the one you have is a Sapphire equivalent - i presume as soon as the Sapphire was launched the spare parts stock was ran down and replaced with the sapphire part as the 4x4 header tank is now listed for a 3dr

Some really nice engine bays there thanks for posting the pics, the hose from air filter to kidney box is one I need to find although seems as though there are a few different types and a 3 door header tank, managed to pickup a standard set of boost hoses and coolant hoses in good condition and some sapphire vac tubes which although the 3 door has just rubber hoses I like the look of the saph ones all clipped together more, keep the pics coming if anyone's got anymore, I'll try and upload the pics I've found later

Slight thread hyjack, can anyone put an angle gauge on a standard engine cam cover and tell me the angle it sits at? Left to right, front to back?
