Default Fuel return blowing off..

Anyone had any issues with this happening? Iv turned the ignite on pressurised the system for a couple seconds then my gauge says its pressurised at 6bar and then it pops a return pipe off.. checked theres no blockage etc all seems fine.

any ideas?

must be a blockage to blow the return line off, if it was a faulty regulator the fuel wouldn't get as far as the return. Can you blow down the return into he tank?

no chance.. i can blow into the tank if i blow in the return pipe that goes into the tank but its very hard indeed like its taking me a lot of force to blow in there then i can hear a slight burble of the fuel.

Removed the fuel tank today, had alot of shit in thr bottom and I couodnt blow inyo the return without a hell of alot of pressure. Fitted a new tank and just gone to get some fuel so will see if this is the problem cant see there beig any other reason for it as I cant get the connections wrong as they have diffrent fittings..

Fingers crossed.

And if you look at some aftermarket tanks the big pipe is a lot higher which causes fuel surge at low levels.
