You used to be able to get them from Ford, but that was a couple of years back. I'd try there first to avoid Cosworth tax lol.

Any 4x4 Sierra or granny will fit Mat. There is a couple down my local breakers, if it's a 4x4 I'll take them off and post them up to you as he is cheap as chip's. Get the rebuild kit from kitspares cheapest place I've found.

only the 4wd cosworth models will have vented rears, or the cosworth granada's, or the mk3 onwards granda estates and the bug eyed scorpio estates

you can use your 2wd carriers mate, they are the same as the 4wd ones so just get them shot blasted and get some new guide pins and rubbers for them

That depends whether you're talking about bearing carriers or caliper carriers. The bearing carriers are the same for 2wd and 4wd Cosworth, but the caliper carriers are not. The caliper carriers should also come from a Granada mk3/Scorpio 24v or estate, just like the caliper itself.

The caliper carriers are defo different as I fitted 4wd calipers to mine they have to clear the disc and as its vented its much thicker. They were expensive new but I was lucky and picked up new ford calipers and carriers off ebay, genuine ford stock clearance, might be worth trying ford parts uk.

sorry for the confusion

the bearing carriers are the same as they have the little lugs on them for the brake calipers

the 4wd calipers "should" come with the caliper carriers/brackets as these are wider to accomodate the vented disc as well as the calipers themselves which are longer to go over the vented disc

the bearing carriers are the same on all cosworth models, the caliper carriers/brackets are the same on all those cossie models with vented rear discs, including the granda'scoprios

and even the granada estaes came with vented rear discs and therefore calipers, but these were 253mm discs and no the 273mm discs as found on the cosworth models

i'll get a pic of the caliper carrier up later as i've just found one in the garage while searching for something

Any motor factors should be able to get these for around £50 each. I paid cost price £26 so there is loads of profit in them
