Its just a 10min job apparently to give clutch fork my more movement, i also been contemplating doing the hydrolic clutch conversion may leave this to another day though once car is done! My plan is k&n,BOB CAM,2.8 flywheel, exhaust and tubular manifolds, cosworth ECU Then maybe i will go gt40 with management and run just under a bar

Is that easily done, I didn't know that was possible on a Ford ECU, if it is achievable that would be something I'd be interested in, I have a few ECU's for BOA.

That's a very interesting link.

I haven't been on there for a little while.

Food for thought. But to be honest I want to keep my 24v relatively simple for now, I've got a 16v hybrid engine that will cause wiring/ECU/VIS issues after the Saff is on the road

Your front bumper looks nice and straight mate!

Is that the special ECU?

For some reason I recognize your reg although over the years I've looked at loads of sierra porn - was/is it a propper Cossy?

Focus was nice plan was to have both focus and saph but then whilst building the focus the saph yb gave out and it was my daily, and my favourite of the two and i had 2x twinky lumps, pinto bottom end laying about doing nothing so stuck twinky in changing sump over for the 4x4 to still use car then thought rather than rebuild why not go BOA like i had already planned. Stripped focus ofmost bits to sell accept the really good bits like frs 18" white wheels and E38 brembo's which i kept for the saph

What is the biggest powerlevels lads have taken from BOA/BOB engines N/A or with forced induction? I remember the one guy here in PF running a KKK turbo with about 1 bar on a stock engine and it had 330 bhp. There were also a Skogen Racing 2.9 12v turbo engine, running 535 bhp on a stock internals.

Would also be interesting to hear if anyone had ever tried to turbo a Duratec V6.

The one I mentioned above was about 330bhp on stock internals with Garret GT40 and Megasquirt

engine arms, yep the boa, ones will make it sit too high in the sierra, as i was converting from 2.9 12v, i just used the ones off that, not sure if the TC ones will do?

Engine loom, as per PM, have done it, not that many wires need conecting, cant remember it tho, nearly 10 years ago now, may or maynot still have the wiring diagrams, but im sure i can get them off a mate.

Oh and cant remember why, but i needed to use the granny rev counter? Tho may have the set of clocks still doing bugger all in my shed, off to have a look in abit. If needed?

I also used BOA arms, they are the same as 2.9 12v arms. Perhaps there is a difference between 2wd and 4x4?

If you use BOA arms on a 4x4 crossmember running 4x4 set up engine will sit higher
