Default Cosworth clutch pedal/cable

I am hoping someone can help....

I have a 2wd cossie and the clutch arm in the bell housing vibrates like mad until you press the clutch pedal slightly.

It has been driving me mad, so I have changed the cable for a genuine ford one, changed the pedal box thought the ratchet may be faulty.

Still vibrates until you slightly press the pedal...

Any ideas?

I'd say release bearing aswel mate, just cause its brand new doesn't mean it's not faulty. Which clutch kit did you use?

Did you put the little spring back on the other end of the arm? There's a little plastic bit with a dog leg sort of spring fixes in which stops the arm rattling around.

You mean the little locator pin which keeps the arm in place? The realease bearing clips into the center of the arm....

Isn't that right?
