Hello,as you can see in the pics the one is from 2wd cossie and the other one from 2.9 scorpio(7,1/2"),i have bought a little time ago the scorpio diff and i fully open it,inside was exactly the same as the original 2wd cosworth the only difference was only the flanges,so does anyone know another difference or what? thanks in advance

As far as I understand they are the same, I think the beam may be as well barring the trailing arms?

I assume you mean driveshaft flanges?

If so 2WD Cosworth's are unique in the bolt arrangement they have, where as lesser models had splined shafts instead (4x4 included).

i'm not 100%, but i don't think the scorpios were fitted with LSD's? take a look on www.fordscorpio.co.uk to find info on ratios

as you can see in the pics,they are the same,also the scorpio diff is with 3.64 ratio and with viscous type!!

They were, the ratio is the same as well, I think some "twinky" models had the 7.5" diff as well.
