Looks ok, although don't take my word for it!
The rotor arm should be at the 2 o'clock position?
The safest thing to do, is ALWAYS turn the engine over hand first, that way you can easily tell is something is wrong!
Also being it's manual tensioning you want to make sure the belt is not to tight, it's important to check the tightness WHEN the engine is hot, you should be able to twist through 90° degrees on the longest length!
