My mate has got his saph all up and running now just needs the map sorting out which will be getting done at msd soon (hopefully) anyway we are hoping for high 400bhp maybe even 500 so wondering what gearbox is going to be best for him.
The car is not a track car so don't want nothing to noisey but something that will be quite reliable!!!!

What about Fixit? When I will be getting new gearbox for my 4x4 it will be Fixit. I've heard that its one of the most quiet, or the most quiet gearbox you can find for 4x4 Cosworth. Heres a video, it seems to be making lot less noise than its counterparts. But I don't know the prices...

If he doesnt want something noisey then the Fixit kit is really the only option I think , unless you can find an old Dome genisis box but then spares are hard to come by.
The other option my be a box the same as Martin from Reyland runs in his 3 door that I think is a shot peened and polished standard box that had been cryo treated.

i read in the forum they are late to delivery at door ..try sqs racing in cz rebuplick .they are new .they say they have kits .1700 + vat .

Speak to http://www.gears.tv/index.html as well, maybe they can help you, they do uprated boxes that aren't straight cut so would be less noisey, they are 1500 quid. I am going for a straight cut box and worry about the noise later, I don't want it to break and it won't be much of a road car anyway.

yes gears makes semi cut ..low price ..450 hp maximum
