Default New Sapph fuel lines? (also posted in Q&A section)

I have had some new fuel lines made up out of polymer coated Alli hardline the flow is in 10mm with -6 fiber braided s/s reinforced hose on each end, compression fittings both ends and crimped to the original fuel rail adapter, there is also a non return flap valve attached in-line at the engine bay end,

Then the return is done in 8mm due to the -6 hose being to big to clamp to the fuel regulator spigot and the nylon pipe at the tank end,

So the Questions are:

1, Does it matter if the return pipe is smaller

2, Do you really need a non return valve in the feed

3, What is the max fuel pressure of a stage 3 with a 044 pump

Also would like to know what you guys used, and any pic's of the connections you used would be nice
