I bought red samcos for my 2wd a while back but havent fitted them as it was away for the winter now I've got it out and bought a 500 style intercooler but the samcos are too small (outer size of pipe is the same as the intercoolers actual pipe) what do you need to do? I presume you can buy a larger piece of pipe that covers both pipes and I could put an inner pipe inside the end of the original pipe if that makes sense

Ideally you need to order or get the correct hoses mate to fit your 500 cooler.

Are you sure they can't be forced on as 500 cooler can come in 2 pipe diameters but the rs500 sized hoses are a lot bigger as I fitted genuine 500 cooler to mine and had to sleeve the throttle body and turbo to fit it with 500 hoses, another option is roose Motorsport do some hoses to mate the 2 together but then you new hoses are of no use to you. But standard hoses are a about half an inch smaller than 500 ones so wouldnt be anywhere near diameter of inter cooler outlet size.
