Rite I've just bought a 500 style intercooler for my 2wd cosworth but unknowingly it's only 45mm thick. Will this still be ok to run on my car as going stage 3 with 803s etc. Never really payed much attention to the advert in which I bought it from and when I took it out the box I was thinking that's not right.

should be ok mate... im sure i read that the original 500 one was 40mm.. although could be wrong.. they used to be 50mm all i ever saw for sale but now they do all sizes..
