Does anyone know if ill be ok to run standard cams on double valve springs?the reason i ask is my car is only running greens but has bd14 inlet and standard exh and ive been told the cam is overkill for the bhp im running.

I do know much.

But after reading on here, I though a 14 inlet on a standard head worked well on stage 3 mate.
