I used Black Diamond grooved and drilled discs with Mintex 1144 pads. Very little dust and a good pull up. This set up stopped my car in 2004 from 185.5mph at Brunters, so tried and tested

Before big brakes i used:
National Sport 8 groove discs
DS2500 pads

I would avoid cross drilled, just go for grooved to keep the pad surface clean and reduce fade.
