General feelings is solid is best, ive got them on my 4x4, and in all fairness, i didnt notice any difference in noise/ride quality over poly, but they sharpened it up alot.

Hmmm.... So, lower the beam a bit, hack the old ones out and slot new ones in?
Or does the beam need to come right off?
Ideally you need to take the.beam out as getting the old bushes out is a fookin mission!!! they should really b pressed out!!! if i remember correctly i had to burn mine out in the end

Burning was high on my list of methods, I must admit! Lol
i managed to pop mine out by using the cars weight with a large socket behind the bush, came out easy, otherwise cut them out, burning will work, but keep an extinguisher handy.
That's what I like to hear!
I couldn't find them on the msd site, how much are they? Id rather go for them, if easier to fit than poly ones... Lazy sod! lol
