Default 3m carbon effect vinyl

Getting a new saff this weekend, got a few ideas of how I'm going to make it my own, I really like the carbon fibre parts such as sail panels c pillars scuttle panel mirror backs and gutter rail trims, but unfortunately my budget isn't quite that large lol, has anyone done these parts with the vinyl stuff? Is it easy to apply? Anyone got any photos?

Regards
Matt

Also, how much would the parts cost in real carbon fibre? The only price I can find is for mirror backs at 150 quid a pair plus postage
