Default 4x4 to 2wd pistons

what are the diffrences off the 2wd and 4wd pistons i know that the compression ratio from a 4x4 is a bit higher but comes that all to the head ( little combustion chambers) the gudgeon pin is with the 2wd in the middle i know that but when i see pistons for sale on ebay the mahle ones there stays that they can fit 2wd and 4wd models i asked this because i got a escos t34 head that i will fit to a 200 block with standard 2wd pistons
but do the valves then hit and does the compression ratio get too high?

The 4wd head has smaller chambers and the pistons have larger dishes I believe as when I rebuilt my 3 door I fitted 4wd pistons as it lowered the compression a little think maybe 2wd pistons and 4wd head may give higher compression than ideal. Only early 2wd pistons have central gudgeon pins all later 2wd pistons and 4wd ones are offset.
