Default ARP stud and nut kit

i'm gonna put my new engine back together but i've got a head that's too much skimmed already and because of that i need to use a multilayered headgasket (have to figure out compression ratio for thickness)
i want to use this with a arp stud and nut kit on my 200 block now have i heard from some people don't do this because block will crack and other people say that nothing's wrong with a stud and nut kit
what is th best to do use 1 or use standard bolts with a multilayered headgasket?

if you go for a multilayer then you will need to make sure the block is 100% flat also

what sort of power you after

the small turbo escort cosworth head gasket is the best to go for other than multi

standard head bolts are more than fine for big power
i would just use arp bottom end kit

If the head has been skimmed to much you could be getting into all sorts of problems m8

Valve seats can and have been known to fall out due to a lack of material around that area.

I rebuilt my engine with standard head bolts and my 205 block cracked, got hold of another 205 block and used ARP stud and nut kit and was all good after that, I would have thought using studs and nuts its better as you are spreading the load more evenly as you torque the head down...
