Default High lift cam question

Am I right in thinking you need valve pockets on bd15 cams and above?

Am I right in thinking bd10's have the smallest lift increase and duration in the range. Going up to bd16 which have the most?

Thanks in advance

Dan

You'll need the pistons pocketing from a BD14 upwards.
Here's a Cam spec table:

Bd10 has the same duration as a Bd16 but bd16 has 1.5mm higher lift
