T5 gearbox problem??

Default T5 gearbox problem??
Two days ago when i tryed to down shift from 5th gear to 4th gear....no possible.All gears working properly when start to change from 1st to 2nd...3rd to 4th....to 5th.If i reduce speed i can only change gear from 5th to 4th when my speed is not over 30 klms
What happend,i dont know...any advise welcome...is it sunchro???something else?
This problem happen only from fifth to 4th gear...

its a syncro problem (very common) the hub shifting plates explode - fit stronger billet ones

sounds more like a baulk ring issue, i had the same issue on my t5
