Default Wierd Clutch Problem

Ok I have fitted a brand new ap clucth kit butI have no pedal at all and it wont go in gear if I do get it in gear it slipps its ass off

Enging is now out and its defo fitted correctly what I have noticed tho is when I tighten the cover the fingers all go flat

Any ideas guys before I burn the flipping thing

sounds like the paddles are too thick. this is what happened to mine after having it reconned

I am using a normal friction plate

Some 1 told to perhaps put washers behind the cover

Problem with the ratchet and pawl on the clutch pedal? Stretched clutch cable?

no cable is good and ratchet the problem is defo clutch as the fingers are flat and the clutch arm is all the way forward before it hits the pressure plate
