if you have both services decked then why not go for a WRC metal gasket?

As above, if your at build stage and you have both faces flat then go straight for WRC for an extra £70

MLS gaskets like cometic and Athena are great if you skim head and block every time you use them but this just isn't an option on old cossie,s ,if you don't there inconsistent in reliability . Wire ring on standard gasket , no problems .

Do Victor Reinz make many kinds of head gaskets? All I know I happen to have one in my Cossie from previous owner and I can see letters from ''Victor Reinz'' text in the edges of my HG. Though I have no problems with it whatsoever and anyway im running rather low boost and hp.
