Is an external Oil cooler needed on a track car?

Hi, i'm building my fiesta cosworth at the moment and its mainly going to be used on track, power i'm hoping for is around 480 so will i need an oil cooler at this level?

on my track car i have a oil coiler and a big wing sump, oil cooler for steering as well
