Default help wasted spark kit

Hi i bought a wasted spark kit from msd sent in my l8 ecu for them to mod and they returned it 2 days later spot on

well my car was running fine on my l6 ecu but i had all the bits to switch to l8 so when i got my parts from msd i thought great some thing to do as i had the day off

i swapped my tps for a pf09 and fitted a an adapter to swap the wires round as i did not want to cut the loom,i followed the instructions given by msd for the wasted spark kit then tried to start the car but nothing just cranks so i went back though the instructions step by step and still nothing im starting to get a bit pissed so i have left it for to night and will have a go tomoz any one else had this problem

if i cant get it to fire ill ring msd monday just seems odd as i have followed the instructions but nothing

when i normally start the car i turn on the ignition and i hear the fuel pump buzz for a second then i turn the pump on and press the start button it fires up stright away
with the kit fitted i get a clicking from the injectors then nothing? please help before i set fire to it

The ecu came from a running car and msd say they check them before modding so I guess it must be ok

hi bit of a update i put my set up back to how it was ie l6 ,removed the tps and adaptor re checked the instructions of the new loom which is fitted right i then borrowed my mates l6 with same spec as mine but with a wasted spark driver fitted plug this into mine switching on the car sounds like it use to a quick buzz from fuel pump then flick fuel pump on and crank .............................................nothi ng just turns over im not getting a spark ?
starting to wonder why i bothered with this kit im sure it must be something simple
