I took a guy out in my car today, who has a V6 cossie single turbo sapphy, who's on Koni with Avo springs, so I could show him the difference between his set up and mine, which has poly diff mount 22mm adjustable rear roll bar and COILOVERS, he's now saving up for avo coilovers, he admitted from what he'd heard he was totally surprised at how comfy it was, and how well it went round the bends with next to no roll, despite being around 1 1/2" HIGHER than standard, and all on coilys.
I run 300lb 9" front and 200lb 12" rear springs, but going to 250lb rears.

Just change the springs in them to the spec that Tabetha has posted and they'll be fine

Gaz Gold is good by the way - nice kit, easy to fit and works well.

Sorry to jump in but I am looking to put some coilovers on my escort cosworth.
I've seen gaz coilovers and gaz gold is there a big difference as i'm on a budget and it will be road use only.
Thanks
Dan

Would never use gaz again. Service is shocking, adjusters are all out of cock. Not nice bits of kit however fancy they look!
