Sorry to seem pessamistic but I don't see how a T34.48 at 25psi can flow 395bhp.
I should imagine it's a lovely punchy setup with fantastic midrange etc but with boost tailing off like that it'll never make that sort of power.
Boost held at high revs = power

I wouldn't worry about the bhp, TORQUE makes for a better everyday car, no point chasing numbers like some do, and losing torque elsewhere.
A nice fat torquey curve will make it faster in everyday life/usage.

How long have you been mapping cossies then? Also its 385 hp If you know Karl and Ollie then you will know they dont make numbers up to please people, think Karl can get a very good indication of hp from the mapping session and results of fuelling etc, Neil a friend of mine had a 4x4 saff t34-48 and made 391 hp and that was mapped by msd, every engine is different so numbers will always differ from one to the next

I don't profess for one second to be a cosworth expert, I was simply stating that I thought it unlikely that a T34.48@ 25psi would make 395bhp (Which is what you had on your post before you changed it at 9:04am this morning )
My 3 door had a NMS live map peaking at 32psi and then tailing off up the rev range (on a T34.63) with a ported head etc and it was explosive midrange but it wouldnt have made 395bhp due to the boost tail off.
I'm sure your mates car does make 391bhp but at what boost?
Edited to say: PS I'm not slating NMS' work either as I loved the drivability of the setup that I had

It don't matter who you are, "feeling" will only ever give an indication, rolling roads operated and calibrated correctly don't lie.
Personally I think the figure is too high for the boost quoted, and never been a fan of spikes of boost, or road mapping, but some like NMA are way better than certain others, personally I much prefer rolling road so will only ever use that method.
