No the 2wd is 7.5" and the 4x4 in only 7". the rear arms the same. Why would you want to go 4x4?

yes the width of the supports for the diff, ie the moutings to the beam.
The 4wd diff will go in, but will leave a gap of around 1/4" either end of the top rear mounting bolt, just use some washers etc to make up the gap and tighten up all good.

id use the 2wd rear diff on 4x4 anyway as the difference in ratio to the 4x4 front is minimal anyway i run this setup on my 4x4 converted 3 door with no problems

only the 2wd cossie used a 7.5" diff the rest were all 7" inc escort cos and 4x4 saf.

If yuor rear beam was not off a cossie then it will take a 4x4 diff no probs.
