Default New Exhaust - pictures added

Just received my new Blueflame System. mmmmm shiney Shame its missing the bloody hangers. Now have to wait till the weekend to fit it. Also noticed they decided to build it with a 4" tailpipe instead of the 3.5" one I asked for. Good aftersales though, guy said to fit it all up and see what its like. If its no good, they will send another 3.5" tailbox.

Anyone got a picture of a saff with 4" Blueflame ??

With 20% club discount and delivery it came to £490. Thought that was pretty good compared to the mongoose.

Easy to take Scorpion apart when put together with coppaslip as well, I always find it amazing how long they look when laid out, always look way too long for a car to me!!

Default Pictures Fitted

Well eventually received my missing exhaust hangers, so thought id press on and get it fitted. Piece of piss to fit. Hardest part was figuring out wich way round the hangers went.

Not the best pictures, but the tailpipe doesnt stick out at all, which I was please about, and the clearance on all the underside parts is excellent. IMO a much better fitting system than the mongoose etc. I used HKS gaskets through out and no blows etc. On the whole im very pleased.

Cheers. Its had a full underside resto, needs a new tank ideally and needs cleaning and waxing. Thats my next job when I fit my new mudflaps

The blueflame is routed different. Downpipe is the same, but then bends across to the passenger side of the tunnel and has two middle hangers. One hangs off the propshaft mountings and the second off the diff. Because it goes down the passenger side, it clears the diff and everything else a lot better IMO. Sounds really nice too. Less noisy when driving normally and has more of a noticeable roar on full boost. I likey

once fitted a blue flame on my mates focus, i had to reweld all of the joints on it slightly as it was blowing from all of them! glad to see yours is ok tho, i prefer my mongoose tho as it has slip joints so there is room for adjustment if need be plus there is no flanges to bottom out on speedbumps lol, plus it was fitted to the car when i got it lol
