Default 18" wheels on Saph Cossie 2WD - optimal ET ?

Hi guys,

Im planning on getting som 18" wheels for my saph, but would like to know what the optimal ET would be, so that the wheels DO NOT hit the arches but still look good and not to far "inside" the arches.

I believe the standard ET for the 15" OE wheels is 40 ? ...

I would like wheels that are as far out in arches as possible, without scraping and I do NOT want to roll the arches.

ET33 or 35 is about the norm for wheels on a Sapphire i think - even then you may get rubbing?

I think there's actualy a difference on 2wd and 4x4, but not sure. But think i read somewhere, that it it fits one, it wont necessarily fit the other one correctly.

Right now I am running 8x17" with ET 33 and the fit fine, only rubs a bit if going over large bumps with speed... otherwise no problems.

8x18 - ET40 would probably fit pretty good and not rub ? ...
