idle rev problem on saph 4x4

idle rev problem on saph 4x4
hi,
My cossie idle rev are 3000rpm. After disconnecting ICSV they fall to 800 rpm.
I've bougth new and chaneged icsv, map sensor, crankshaft position sensor, phase sensor, coolant temp sensor, air temp sensor. I've also checked icsv wiring loom and it's ok. I even thought it could be ECU fault so i borrowed ECU form my friend's 4x4 cossie and idle rev are still on 3000rpm level
any guess what's wrong?

disconnect idle air control valve with it running and set the idle to whats its supposed to be with idle screw and then plug it back in. its how to re set the idle.
