Not sure regards 4x4 to 2wd saff mate, but I do know that 2wd saff arms are different to 3dr cossie arm's....so I think you'll also need to be sure what hub carriers your using at present mate.

depending on the hub type you have, one is pinch bolt type and the other is a castlated (sp?) nut, i believe the 3dr is the pinch bolt but dont quote me on that

As I said mate, I dont know regards the 4x4. Just wanted to make sure you knew there was two different 2wd lower arms before you tried matching 4x4 to them.

99.9% sure the 2wd and 4wd are different on the sapphys even though using same pinch bolt fitting, I'm sure it is a dimensional difference, or may have come about as ford listed 2 different sapphy arms for 2wd and 4wd, possibly due to the 4wd having a much stronger joint as drive also going through hubs ?

2wd saff cosworth arms are the same as both 4x4 saff and escos ones.
