What size hose is best to use for supply and return.

I think AN6 is the common size to use, thats what i have anyway

Std was a awkward 7.92mm in places so 8mm is fine, that's what I use as well.

-6 is 8mm inside diameter

Cool just looking for a new tank and swirl pot for my project the one ive seen has -6 fittings so 8mm ID pipe.

I normally use OPA, oil, petrol, air resistant as so universal in use, but have noticed some OPA crack within a few years, well 4-5, which is worrying on fuel pipes, so have now changed to SYTEC fuel pipe.

I have a mate who owns a hydraulic company i was going to see if i can get some s/s hard line for the runs under the car and the pipe work between the tank swirl pot and pump etc then use hose between it and the engine.

depends on what power your running so you can get fuel delivered quicker im running 2 pumps and -8 to my rails for over 600bhp

diffrent league to me aiming for 300-325bhp was going for a red top facit to feed the swirl pot and a bosh 044 for the high pressure side.
