Default Gearbox Mount

Im fitting an exchange gearbox to my saff next week and wanted to renew the shitty rubber bush on the gearbox mount. I see Vibratechnics do an uprated one, but really dont want anyhting harsh. Does anyone know if the OE bush is still available or anywhere that sells a similar spec'd bush??

In my opinion I don't think the uprated are that bad I didn't notice much difference in noise, but you need to uprate the other mounts at the same time to give a similar bushing if that makes sense so that the engine and gear box are similar strength.

Pretty sure that QH, and ford both still do this bush, certainly ford did around 3 years ago, as I bought one then.
Personally I would use the std ford one, in this position the last thing you want is a harder bush, esp when it's not needed, a new unsoft one will make a big difference, did in mine cured 90% of the 50mpg/5th gear vibration, the box being totally shagged didn't help of course!!
