Default How to secure turbo heatshield?

How is the turbo heatshield secured in place on a 3dr?
Looking at the heatshield I can see there is two fixing points, there is hole through it which must either fit over a stud somewhere and have a nut wound on or a nut and bolt put through and there is also a sort of U shape clip with a threaded stud on it which looks like it slots over something. I've had a quick look through my workshop manual but can't see any reference to it.

The studded bit fits through a hole on the inner wing, the other top mount part, fits with a bolt to the firewall part near the area behind/above the master cyl.
Just offer it up and all will become clear.

As above, there is also a bracket which has a clip which I found out about (On the inner wing near the bulkhead), which the heatshield bottom of the shield clips into, if you don't do this the bracket on the shield itself will fall pass the stud under movement and your heatshield will directly touch the turbo/trouser etc.

Should be fine, I fitted mine a while back (Hard to find arn't they) you may find it easier removing the boost hose, it can be done with it in situ but just gives you a little more room.

There's no head, turbo or boost hose on the car, stripped the whole interior, engine bay and exterior of the car around 4 years ago, bottom end is back in and now refitting everything that I can before the head, turbo and inlet manifold goes back in.
I've forgotten how a lot of the stuff went since taking it all off four years ago!

Couple of questions.
Not sure which of the bolts above and behind the master cylinder should be used, is it the stud which holds the long steel plate that separates the fuse box, heater blower and wiper motor from the engine bay or is it the bolt that secures the plastic heater blower cover to the long steel plate? Or is it neither of these, and just a seperate bolt holding just the shield to the long plate? (sorry if that's a bit confusing)
Also which side of the shield should the clutch cable go? The wing side or the engine side?
