Default RS500 rear fiberglass lip fitted

Right i did start a post last year some time but i can not find it now any way so lads liked the look of them and some did not so as time has gone on i have still been looking at them and about 2 weeks back i fort fxxk it im getting one . Well on friday i set about putting it on and to say im so happy with it is a understatement i did spend some time getting just so . Im sorry to say in not tuck any photos of when it came and wot i did to it the only ones i have are of it on the car . All i can say is it cost me £140 to the door and a very small bit of filler and a can of paint and so silly flex job done so all in about £150 instead of about £1,500 wot do you think

Mate i must say it was mate i had to clean up the inside a bit just were some of the fibergass was sticking up as just some very very small bump on the out side but very simply sorted then i used some masking tape on the lip so it only showed the very edge then pushed it on and did the same on the wing then pulled it off put some silly flex inside the fiberglass lip and pushed it home i then put some tape round the wing and lip to holed the two togever then when it had set i put some of the silly flix were the two met and smothed it out then removed the tape to get a clean line job done

The last one I saw and give heads up to a mate was £250
Seen them for around 400 and a customer recentlysound theirs for 500

Must have missed them?

And yes in that lip,the across pic on the top looks slightly rippled? Maybe just me or the pic

That does look good for the money but I'm guessing you really hav to spend the time getting the fit right to make it look as good as yours.

I've got sport rs500 fibreglass jobbie to go on mine so don't need try this, however I reckon there may be a Market for these already fitted to spoilers (I have spare spoilers if u need)
